We understand that your time is valuable, and have worked to keep the OJT program low on paperwork, and as hassle-free as possible for busy HR professionals and line managers. To participate, just follow these easy steps:
  1. Identify immediate or anticipated full-time position(s) to be filled. Some eligible positions include:
         - Medical Secretary
         - Medical Biller and/or Coder
         - Medical Assistant and/or Medical Office Assistant
         - Community Health Worker
         - Data Analyst
         - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
         - Registered Nurse (RN)
  2. Contact GPHP Employer Liaison Lacey Dickinson to register your organization.
  3. Create a simple OJT Training Plan for each participating employee.
  4. Submit monthly payroll and progress reports to receive wage reimbursement.
  5. Transition successful participant(s) into regular, full-time and unsubsidized employment with your organization at the conclusion of their OJT period.
  6. Repeat as often as your organization's growth and hiring needs require.
